I heard that Canadian house owners usually do not allow 3 persons (a family with a very small child) to rent a one-bedroom-house. Is it true? Can anyone tell me how to do?

House doesn't matter. If you want to rent an apartment, some of them will ask 3-person family to rent two bedrooms, and some others don't care this. You can put your kid some where else and just say your couple will live in the apartment.

But they will find you have a little child when you live in. How can I explain that?

...I checked the official site publish in this site a few days ago. It says the landowner can apply for driving the tenanent out on the basis of overcrowdedness. But they cannot drive the tenanant out themselves. Only the sheriff have the right to do so. So much trouble. I don't think they will get into it.

Have you got your one bedroom apartment now? I really want to know because I have a little child, too.

I have a child, and we are living in a one bed room apartment. No problem at all.
