I heard that Dal Housie University is famous for its Medical Science. Sorry don't know about Eletrical Engineering. Anyway it's a good university, at least in the east coast Canada. BTW, Halifax is a very beautiful city. I am sure you will like it.

Halifax is called the gate of Canada, Chinese called it Summer City, it's a beautiful coast city, it has longer history and more universities than Toronto, go ahead, you will like it.
