工作学习 / IT杂谈 / linux安装后与我的笔记本显示卡不兼容,启动不了X-SERVER只能在TEXT方式下工作,费了浩大劲试了各种配置,上红帽子网站看与一大堆的显卡不兼容,也试了上面建议的一些方法,仍旧不行,不的不感叹免费的就是不如收费的也难怪微软能占据大部分PC用户的市场,在与用户接口方面,他还是替各个用户阶层想的很周到,就不知我这TEXT linux可做些什亩工作,要想念上网站下载一些在linux下的软件是不是没法作了,头疼ING

Which version are you using? Redhat 7.2 may support more video card. You may also search the website of your card. Maybe they provide driver for Linux too.

我知道XF86Config is a configuration file and I can edit it, but what's xfree86-4.*.* meaning? is it the software? If I want to replace it with a new veraion, how can I do in Linux?I can't share files between Linux AND Win--NTFS.
