工作学习 / IT杂谈 / WINFAX2000高手请进LOCAL没问题，用CALLING CARD (1)发北美也没问题，但用CALLING CARD发INTERNATIONAL(011) 就不行，听到传真声，但闪一会儿就不行，总是NEGOTIATING，没有TRAINING。
