I want to use crystal report in maximo. And I changed some setting in maximo.ini, but i still can not print crystal report in maximo. I do not know how to change odbc setting.

Have a look to see whether there is anything you could do to this crystal thing... Why are you thinking ODBC? What is the error message?

I have some problem with my Maximo and Crystal report. I create a new crystal report, it works well in crystal report.And I add parameter, in the report option, I unchecked save data with report.
Then in maximo, I linked this report. When I preview this report, it flash, then nothing else.
If I do check save data with report in report option, then this error won't occur.
Would you please tell me what should I do? I checked in internet, but did not find the answer.
