这不叫寿司。,日语叫“握”
里面可以家点鱼子,黄瓜细条,鱼肉末,没有的话加点肉松也可以。
寿司是那种米团上面加生鱼片的。
这儿只能买到大马哈雨,虽然还可以买到金枪鱼,但由于冷冻不好味道极差。
米饭要煮成一粒一粒的状态,然后加甜醋搅拌。作的时候别忘了加芥末

不用保鲜膜。把竹帘用水弄湿就不沾了,稍微一卷卷成桶状,前方放紫菜,接着卷过去就是了

做加州卷就要用保鲜膜,因为紫菜是卷在里面的。

看了图片后反而糊涂了,你是徒手做成型后,才用竹帘加固的吗?竹帘的作用不大嘛.如果菜放的多的话手艺很考人了.其实关键在徒手卷的功夫.是吧?
