IMEif you want to input chinese in IE, you can download IE global IME 5.
Go to microsoft.com -> download -> search IME.

In outlook express, sometime it will disable the "delete" key.

if you can input chinese by WUBI,万能五笔 is a good choice. you also can input by pinyin without pressing any hotkey.
