枫下家园 / 美食天地 / 请教各位,鲍鱼应该怎么炖啊?在华人超市买了袋装的冷冻鲍鱼,用炖过猪骨的汤炖了3个小时左右,鲍鱼肉的确炖软烂了,但吃起来却有一股味儿,还挺冲的,象什么我也说不上来,反正挺别扭的,是不是鲍鱼这样炖不行啊?哪位指点一下,多谢!

鸿泰买的吗?我觉得它家的不是鲜鲍鱼冷冻的,是水发后冻的.

是在阳光超市买的,说是智利鲍,个头挺大的。我不知道它是鲜鲍鱼冷冻的,还是水发后冻的。。。

i did it last time, no such strong smell, just a little bit which can be ignored. what i bought was 15 bucks for 8, blue-greenish color.

chicken, pork, slow cock with 鲍鱼 (abalone?) 3 hours, take out 鲍鱼, use certian soup and fast cock till very dence, then add oyster source a bit, make color darker, put source onto 鲍鱼. 多汁而美味

我觉得那味儿倒不是臭哄哄,但是挺刺鼻,也许真买成水发的了。。。
