BAKING SODA是碳酸氢鈉,BAKING POWDER是BAKING SODA加了一些东西(酸类).都是化学发酵的.看RECIPE要求用什么你就用什么就是了.

baking power 就是发嘨粉,做面食要发嘨就用它,baking soda是小苏打,用处很多,做蛋糕可以加一点点,可以用于冰箱除臭,做肉时加些肉会比较嫩,但不要加多了会有怪味。

yeast是酵母,发酵要用它,上面的误导你了。用baking powder发酵,等死人

baking powder是化学原理产生汽泡,其实比YEAST,生物原理,产生汽泡快,加水就起反应,一般受热二次反应.所以用BAKING POWDER和好面就可以做,不用等.烤的时候会再发
