枫下家园 / 房东 / 有希望赶走这样的租客吗？由于租客多次违反镇屋规则，镇屋管理公司给了我一张罚单近千。理由是我因该对租客的行为负责。没办法我付了罚款。之前我和租客签有合约，如果由于租客违反镇屋规则，租客同意支付镇屋管理公司的任何罚款。但是现在租客拒绝偿付罚款给我。并且租客拒绝搬走。我可以用N5中的理由1去驱逐租客吗？

visiting or living with the tenant has
substantially interfered with the landlord’s or
another tenant’s:
• Reasonable enjoyment of the unit, and/or
• Lawful rights, privileges, or interests.
