枫下家园 / 房东 / rent has been rising steadily week by week not even month by month. Another unit in my building was rented out in 3 days with record breaking 2.1k for 1 bed room!!!! This is way higher than early this year where similiar unit was rented out for 1.7k

Economy is on the rise, wages up, unemployment down. Just wait until all those min wage workers get that 25% raise in 3 months. Many will be moving out of their parents, upgrading from basement apartments, finding a place with no or less room mates.
