WestJet has dropped the price of their flights from Victoria to Cancun and San Jose del Cabo, Mexico down to $378 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
These rare, once a week, nonstop flights are still early in the season (the first flights of the season for this route), but the price drop is certainly notable.
Have a look at what WestJet normally charges for these flights by looking at November dates...
Yikes.
Although truth be told, something seems a little crazy with the November prices. Typically they bottom out at 'just' $750-$1000 CAD roundtrip on this route (you can find a few Saturday to Saturday dates in Dec, Jan, and Feb for this price).
UPDATE - Just a few dates remain for Cancun, all of them in December. Cabo is sold out. Victoria to Puerto Vallarta is also available for $402 roundtrip in late November, and December.
