1) We need to find a way to discuss together, as we are distributed everywhere. ideally, an online whiteboard or the like will be the best. Is skype a good one, audio might also be needed.
2) If your company can reimburse the cost of materials, do it. Otherwise, no worries, we will have best materials in electronic format. Whatever other folks use, we will have the same :)
3) Everybody needs to project the best time for him/her, then figure out the slot works for everybody and lock it down.
4) 4 people will be a good number for the group which is the most efficient. Definitely not more than 5.
5) Level 1 is the easiest among all three, we will nail it down easily. keep it in mind :)
