谢谢小雨&雪!我也有一些经验了:1.用牛奶代替水和面更富营养;2.用parchment paper垫在容器内以防熟了的糯米团到处粘;3.用此纸垫着压扁米团以防粘手;4.买袋装红豆沙,剪一小口,直接把豆沙挤在米团上更省事。
