INGREDIENTS:
Mac Bun Enriched wheat flour, water, sugar and/or glucose-fructose, yeast, vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated soybean and/or canola), salt, calcium sulphate, and may contain any or all of the following in varying proportions: diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, vegetable mono and diglycerides, calcium propionate, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, corn flour, calcium phosphate, soy flour, sunflower oil, wheat starch, sorbic acid, calcium dioxide, ammonium phosphate, calcium peroxide, wheat gluten, sesame seeds.
Reconstituted Onions Chopped onions.
Shredded Lettuce Iceberg lettuce.
Dill Pickle Slice Cucumbers, water, white vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, sodium benzoate, spices, polysorbate 80, turmeric, garlic.
Big Mac Sauce Vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean and/or corn oil), pickle relish (cucumbers, sugar/glucose-fructose, vinegar, salt, xanthan gum, spices, potassium sorbate, calcium chloride), water, vinegar, glucose/fructose, egg yolk, sugar, spices, salt, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, hydrolyzed plant protein (soy, corn and wheat protein, partially hydrogenated soybean oil), calcium disodium EDTA.
Regular Beef Patty 100% pure beef.
Cheese Slices (processed) Cheese (modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, rennet and/or pepsin and/or microbial enzyme, calcium chloride and may contain colour and/or lipase), water, butter or whey butter, sodium phosphate and/or sodium citrate, salt, sorbic acid, natural colour (beta-carotene) and may contain citric acid, carboxymethyl cellulose, starch and/or soy lecithin, sodium bicarbonate.
Grill seasoning Salt, black pepper, hydrogenated soybean oil.
