    As the government needs cash so much, I, like some people, highly expect a new toll tax(premium) will come on the budget.
    The government will tap every area in order to create reveneue.
    医(health premium), 食(PST hike?), 住(HST on new house), 行(likely road tax?)
    And I also expect the HST exempt limit for new house would be lowered gradually;
    and a PST hike will come out eventually.

    You will see in a few weeks...
