Help!!! My mom got multi-entry visa expired in March 2011 same day as her passport. When she arrived in Toronto and the officer only give her 6 months visa to stay. We plan to spend Christmas outside of Cananda. But most of countries asked for 6 months valid passport. My frient told me that Chinese citizen can not renew their passport in Toronto until their Canadia visa is later than passport expiry date. Chinese embassy only issue a new passport not extend passport any more right now. I am going to extend my mom's Canadian visa. Does anyone know if possible to get multi-entry visa longer then her passport so that we can renew her passport?
