      而且厨房的按台（有两米多长）被我一次不小心烧了四个窿和黑点。根据他们的价目表是要100--300 圆。他们要换掉它，我是否要付所有的费用。当初搬进来是按台和厨房的地板都换了新的，虽然他们看着好好的，没有任何损坏。
