计划月底搬出现住的公寓,今天收到一个通知,下周一租房公司的representative来检查房子, 并附上价目表一张(见内)。请教各位前辈DX们,这是否合理,你们搬出时也这样吗?

to retain the services of a contractor to your suite, you will be invoiced the
cost as charged by the contractor. If any of the listed services have to be
provided by us, costs will be charged to you as estimated below.

General cleaning of kitchen and bathroom $100.00(最少,下同)
Change of locks due to keys not being returned $65.00
Shelf lining removal and sticky backing cleaning $50.00
Refrigerator cleaning $75.00
Stove cleaning $75.00
Bulk furniture removal $200.00
General garbage removal $50.00
Removal of staples from carpeting $50.00
General painting due to tenant(s) neglect $350.00
Removal of wallpaper, borders and permanent mirror coverings $600.0
Plastering holes in walls $75.00

      • 你再好好读读,如果这些服务发生了才收费,比如你没有还钥匙,他们需要换锁,比如你自己贴了墙纸。。。。好好看看全文。
    • 正常收费。在加拿大租房子,临走都得搞干净,不能拍拍屁股走人。
      • 谢谢, 房子里平时就很干净(当然是归功于LD平时的严格要求), 只是有些项目比较含糊: 比如若下一个房客要求刷墙(住了一年难免有些擦痕什么的), 是否要收我$350.00?

    • 应该走之前要收拾干净的, 老外都这样。我曾经帮一个朋友搬家,胀的一塌糊涂就拍拍屁股走了。 而住我们楼上的那个老外, 走的时候居然连地毯都清洗干净。为了中国人的荣誉,从小事做起。求大家千万别拍砖!

    • 搬家前把房子收拾干净,这是不容置疑的。但是,额外的打扫和维护费用也算在住户身上?我的租房合同中没写这一条。如果房东要让我出钱打扫,我会争取自己找CONTRACTOR。
