This has to be a mistaken job posting with a wrong hourly rate. If this is the case in Canada, why don't people come to US. With that skill, it's guaranteed 6 grand annual income.

It's probably run by Chinese. I know the company called VowGao. They call themselves a div. of Gao Research. They only hired volunteers. It's also run by Chinese.

It's crazy. I found this job position in Job Bank web site by myself one week ago. It occured in Toronto. By the way, $6.85/Hour is 加拿大(Ontario?)政府规定的最低工资标准。
Being a dish washer or kitchen helper in Toronto you can make $7+/Hour, now.
