Personally, I really hate this. Although I do not know that much details, they do not respect students for sure. They are wasting our time and money. Everyone is ready to write final exam and planning for holiday. As I know, some students do have plan for their summer semester. Some international students are more helpless than us. However, all of this is broken. My professor is right that we should express our anger and fight for our right. We could email, call the Ministry of Education, mayor or any government officals. If they are going to strike, I will email the Ministry of Education or mayor David Miller. More people speak out, more chance we are going to be respected. Think about it, how many people in the union? There are around 55,000 students at York. If only 10% of us take any action to get public attention, we will be more powful than them.
