You have always resided in Ontario OR Ontario is the last province you resided in for 12 consecutive months without being a full-time postseconday student. Please note that as of June 2004, the 12-month residency rule was removed as a condition for new immigrants.

有人给我说必须在安省住满一年才能申请OSAP学生贷款, 所以我有点糊涂, 他情况是以学生身份在这边3年, 然后工签工作2年, 然后刚拿到身份,登陆并拿到枫叶卡, 他是否还需要等一年或者直接申请就可以了. -ryan_2002(Ryan); 2008-5-30 (#4475851@0)
