I have seen some senior level resumes. They are very detailed especially in work experience section. Also use highlight section just after your objective. You should list all relevant skills in the highlight. It is easy to make a winning resume based on your experience.
From your posting, I guess you are Windows programmer. Generally these skills are required in NA: COM/DCOM/COM+, ATL, MFC, design patterns, and UML. It's extremelly useful how you used them in you previous jobs, for example, three-tier, multithreading, etc. Based on my experience, 10 years work experience means you should look for architect positions, at least very senior levels.
