瞎扯,现在是没高密度住宅吗?condo 卖出开工率只有10%,根本就没人想住。加税纯属搜刮民脂民膏。

看到有人拿到两年4.25.我现在的浮动是5.25,两年到期。假如我也能拿到4.25,有必要去折腾把浮动改成固定吗?就是打赌现在开始的两年内利率降幅小于2%。如果降幅大于2%,那还是浮动合算。大家觉得会超过2%吗?
