来来回回的意思是你们这房子升值赚了很多钱，肯定负担得起blabla的，而且对条款都非常了解，我们让他出N9，也同意多补偿他，但他就是不签，现在连房租也不付，一付你能把我怎样的脸皮让我对白人的印象大打折扣。
刚看得到论坛说出N12多赔偿一点，就不受1年不能卖房的限制，是这样吗？
