told the whole process in broken English and were promised that this matter be investigated. After 24 hours, TTC called us and acknowleded the
wrongdoing on their side: after reviewing the video tape, they found
that the conductor did not give us tokens after putting out bill in the drawer. In few days, we received the letter of apology together with 10
dollar refund and two TTC tokens as the TOKEN of apology.
Even though we know that they are generous on public fund, we were still
felling that we were fairly treated. This is one of events making me fell to be part of Canada and proud of being part of it.
