It is much easier to do potty training in summer and when you have more time . Set a timer in a ring he likes (every hour or every two hours),

soon the timer goes off, teach your child to take his pants off , sit on the potty and encourage him to pee or poo. Bring the potty with you no matter where you go until he is ready to use a regular toilet.
Some kids take a few days, some take weeks, just be patience. Don’t get mad at him if accident happen, but do tell him, why he wet his pants and tell him next you will let him wear his wet pants for a while if he doesn’t pee in the potty. so Don’t wear diapers daytime during toilet training, at night time he can wear diaper. Remember, patience and consistent are the keys for successful potty training.
