Cheese and Butter are not healthy. In western food, they are trying to reduce the usage. So if you have not started to consume them, good for you.

If you still insist, the following are a few ways of haveing cheese and butter.

Butter:
- you can use it in almost every kind of bakery.
- spread on the top of bread roll
- fry fish or pancake or any dishes.
- most of time, if you want to use lard, use butter instead
Cheese:
Too many way to consume it. Too many kinds too. You can start from Chedder cheese and Mozilla
- Home made hamburger or sanwich, put in the middle.
- put in pasta
- eat with cracker or just by itself
- put on top of special bread with Ham or other stuff, bake them till cheese melted
- pizza
you can also buy cream cheese for cheese cake.
When you buy cheese, just read the lable, get the ones with the lowest fat to be a little bit healthy.

That's all I can think now. The best are don't even start to consume cheese and butter:)
